Does Vitamin Water Make You Feel Sick?
I drink vitamin water on a half full stomach, and my abomen starts to hurt every single time I drink it. I drink it when I play sports, and when i'm doing nothing. I met the guy who created it(and is now a billionaire) named Repole. He's a good guy, i just think vitamins should be from foods, not drinks.

Do You Prefer Water Or Gatorade? Which One Is Better?
I play lots of soccer and whenever I finish playing I drink a lot of water (about 5 cups or more).
Recently I've found out that the water makes my stomach ache and turn. It hurts really bad. It has happened on 2 occasions now.
I am 70% sure its the water. Do you think I should switch to Gatorade even though I heard water is the best sports drink.
What might be causing this beside the water?
THANKS!

Which Is Better: Regular Mascara Or Water-proof Mascara?
I have never tried water-proof mascara. It would be ideal for me to have a water-proof one since I do alot of sports, but I want advice before I spend my money on one. I have makeup remover already, so it's not a problem. However, does waterproof mascara feel different than regular mascara? I heard it feels crunchy. I'd rather wear regular mascara than a horrible water-proof one. Also, any suggestions about brands?

Try To Help Me Solve My Questions About Sport Drinks, Vitamin Waters? ?
First of all, i just wanted to know if gatorade and vitamin water is good for you.
gatorade i believe has like 150 calories? and vitamin water has like 50 calories? not sure.
And is it okay for me to drink these sport drinks for cross country? we go for 30-40 minute runs usually and i saw on the internet that these sport drinks arent for people who dont work out hard enough.
And does vitamin water have chemicals that kill you or something, because i am a little skeptical that one bottle gives you so many vitamins, tastes good(to me), and is somewhat low on calories
thanks
