What’s The Best Sport That Helps The Upper Body ?
im 15, thin and tall , i shape good and im not totally skinny..i'd like to 've a sport that helps my upper body to build muscles and packs and stomach.im already playing long jump.
Can it be water polo, basketball or i can i play both in the same time.
please tell me ur opinion and ill be Glad ,thanks
